AI Search Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is a brand of Bridge Media Limited, based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy covers the website at aisearch.marketing and the services we provide through it.

What we collect

• Information you give us through our forms — your name, email, phone (if you provide it), business or website, and details about your business and target market that you share so we can produce an audit or report.
• Free audit details — the website URL, location and search term you submit so we can check your AI-search visibility.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe when you buy a product. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): aggregate page views, referrers and approximate country. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver what you've asked for (the free audit, the Intelligence Report, or another service).
• To provide, run and improve our services.
• To send you follow-ups relevant to what you contacted us about. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• SettledLoop — our own lead-capture platform, where form submissions are stored.
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Email and CRM tools we use to communicate with you.

Some providers may store data outside New Zealand. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected to a comparable standard. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

Our site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Note that third-party pages you're taken to — such as the Stripe checkout — may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you and request a correction. Email us and we'll help. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work with reputable providers and limit access to what's necessary.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
